Coins Hub

Coins Hub ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the Coins Hub mobile application ("App").

1. Information We Collect

Coins Hub collects only the minimum data required for the app to function.

Authentication data: If you sign in using Apple or Google, we receive basic profile information such as your email address and display name.
User-generated content: Coins, photos, and collection data you add to the app.
Crash and diagnostic data: On supported mobile platforms, Firebase Crashlytics may receive the app version, build number, device model and manufacturer, operating system and version, architecture, available RAM and disk space, app state, stack trace, normalized error type and error code, and a bounded technical operation label.
Crash-reporting user context: If you are signed in, we associate crash reports with your Firebase user ID so we can identify and support an affected account. We also attach authenticated/guest state, online/offline state, catalog ID, and catalog version. We clear the app-provided user ID when you sign out.
Product analytics: Firebase Analytics receives app-install and session events plus bounded interaction categories such as opening the catalog, adding an item, completing sign-in, recognition, or sharing. Parameters are limited to catalog, entry-point and method categories, normalized result/failure codes, count and duration ranges, and online/offline state.
Website analytics: The public website records bounded page categories, catalog categories and store-button outcomes. It does not send catalog item IDs, full URLs, referrers, free-form search text, photos, filenames, collection contents or account identifiers.

2. How We Use Information

We use your data solely to:

Provide app functionality
Sync your collections across devices
Detect, diagnose, prioritize, and fix application crashes and errors
Measure whether users reach useful outcomes and where workflows stop

3. Data Storage

Data is stored securely using Google Firebase services. Only you can access your personal collection data.

Firebase Crashlytics retains crash stack traces and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal from live and backup systems. Crashlytics data may be processed on Google's global infrastructure.

4. Payments

Coins Hub is completely free. We do not process payments, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We use Google Firebase as a service provider for authentication, storage, synchronization, crash reporting, and product analytics. Diagnostic and aggregated interaction data is processed only to operate and improve the App.

6. Crash Reporting Limitations

Crash reports are designed not to include your email address, authentication tokens, notes, photos, filenames, purchase prices, or complete collection contents. The Firebase user ID is a pseudonymous account identifier; it is not your email address or display name. Crash reporting is disabled by default in developer debug builds and enabled in distributed mobile builds. The current App version does not provide an in-app crash-reporting switch.

7. Product Analytics Limitations

Product analytics does not include a coin ID, notes, purchase price, photos, filenames, authentication tokens, email address, display name, or complete collection contents. Coins Hub does not set your Firebase user ID as an Analytics user ID. Analytics is disabled by default in developer debug builds and enabled in distributed builds. The current App version does not provide an in-app analytics switch.

8. Data Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. This will permanently remove your collection and account data from our systems. Previously submitted diagnostic records may remain for the Crashlytics retention period described above.

9. Children’s Privacy

Coins Hub is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page.
